Mimi Campbell is a Yoga Teacher and writer who first tried yoga while studying for professional accountancy exams and working long city hours, leading her to suffer anxiety and insomnia as well as a complete lack of work/life balance. After her first class she enjoyed a wonderful night’s sleep and was hooked.
She finally left the finance world six years later to train with Yoga Alliance qualifying RYT 200 hours in the Vinyasa Flow style (where sequenced postures flow from one to another linked by the breath). Her biggest influence from her teacher was the concept of making poses fluid and introducing movement and she now often teaches with music to support the transition of one pose to another. She is also qualified as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher and wishes to train in Baby Yoga.
Mimi currently teaches pregnancy and dynamic yoga in Reigate as well as offering private sessions.
